Stock Items:

Products held in stock will be dispatched the day following the confirmation of an order.

Made To Order Items:

Products which are bespoke, personalised or made to order will be dispatched as soon as they are built, quality checked and packed for shipping.

You will be kept up-to-date at every stage of the process and you'll be given plenty of notice of when to expect delivery of your purchase.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

If we are shipping an order to you in the UK, Europe or USA, taxes, import duties, and local customs fees are included in the price quoted on our website.
We aim to make the process of buying from us as easy as possible for all customers, regardless of location.

If we are shipping an order to you outside the UK, Europe or USA, taxes, import duties, and local customs fees are NOT included in the price quoted on our website. The chosen courier we use for your location will contact you directly once your order reaches its destination.

Delivery Method

As soon as your order has been built, quality checked and packed securely for delivery it will be passed to one of our couriers for delivery.
We ship from multiple locations so couriers do vary but you will be informed of the courier, delivery method and tracking number as soon as the shipment is under way.

In select cases when shipping internationally, we will enhance the courier tracking experience by including an Apple Airtag with your purchase.
