| What does "buy the physical, get the digital" actually mean? |
Every product we imagine and then create, comes with a unique, uncopiable and minted NFT of the item you've invested in. The NFT sale will be registered on the blockchain for validation and security. |
| Do any of your creations need self-assembly when they arrive? | We do try to avoid this at all costs! However, as is often the case with larger or more delicate items, some small amount of self assembly my be required... but rest assured, we've done everything we can to keep this to an absolute minimum! For example, a bulb may need to be inserted into a lamp because it's just not safe to ship lamps with speciality bulbs inserted. |
| Can your creations be personalised? | Everything we produce can be personalised in any way you choose. (Very much like a personal commission). The most common personalisation options are: colour, material type or added names / messages using laser engravings or plaques. But rest assured, if you can imagine it, we can create it! |
| How are your creations shipped? | We ship from multiple locations and each creation is individually packed by hand (by a human) to ensure that it's packed in the most sympathetic and secure way using sustainable packaging where possible. |
| Where are you items available from? |
Currently we only sell via our own website or very carefully selected partners such as Otium Circle. We are always in discussion with potential boutique partners and we will release locations as they become available. |
| Why are some creations "made to order" and not held in stock? |
We follow a made-to-order model for many of our creations. Made-to-order items are only put into production when they are ordered. Not only is It a more ethical and sustainable approach to production because there is no overproduction, it also means we can accommodate any personalisation or changes you would like to incorporate. This means your order may take a little longer than usual. But, we promise, it will be worth the wait. |
| Who produces your creations? |
We work with a talented team of designers, suppliers, producers, artisans and brands. Everything we produce is made by these selected artisans, exclusively for us. |
