Our returns policy is simple.
Without exception, our aim is to delight every customer, so if for any reason you are anything less than completely delighted with an item you have bought from us, you can return it for a full refund.
Please send us a message via our contact us form and include the details of what you have bought and why you would like to return it and we will contact you to arrange a mutually beneficial returns process depending on your location and circumstances.

The only exceptions to the above policy is are items which are made to order.
If you have personalised an item or if we have built it for you as a commission piece, you can still return it but it would incur a 20% depersonalisation fee as we will need to alter the product when it comes back to us before we can re-sell it.
